Waist: Measurement at natural waistline

Bust: Measurment around body under arms and over fullest part of bust

Hip: Measurement around fullest part of tne body, midway between rise & belly button

Youth Waist: Range begins with waist relaxed and ends with waist extended

Fitted caps require you to know your head size. To determine your cap size, simply measure your head with a tape measure. Start from about a half-inch above your eyebrows where the cap will sit and wrap the tape measure around your head. Measure in inches.
